Mela digs deep inside the homes and minds
of Moove residents
I would like to start out by introducing
myself. My name is Mela and I am the co-publisher
of the Crystal Angel. In my many travels in Moove, I have met so
many interesting and captivating people.
I have seen breathtaking homes with lush
designs and I always thought to myself, what
a shame it is that people don't get to see
the things that I have seen, and get to know
these wonderful people who have so enriched
my Moove-life. In this light, Crystal Angel's newest brainchild
was conceived. In the issues to come we will
be introducing you to 4 new colorful people
of our wonderful community. You will be given
an insider view into the corners of their
minds and the corners of their homes. What
better way to begin this journey than within
Crystal Angel offices? Our staff has opened the doors to their homes
and have smilingly welcomed you into their
thoughts. Starting next month, this column
is all about YOU! I cant wait to get to know
you all better.=) Mela (justcallme^^mela)
Since I am introducing myself, let me tell
you a little about me. Born in the heart
of Louisiana, my stepfather was in the military.
Soon he was stationed in West Germany , where
we were able to experience much of Europe
and be culturally enriched by the beauty
of the Alps and the Black Forest. Returning stateside, my life returned to
a normal childhood. I now live in Northern
Louisiana and enjoy the wooded beauty of
the Sportsman's Paradise. I have chosen a group of questions for our
staff to answer, so that we might get a view
into their personalities. No I havent spared
myself these questions! *laughs* Here is
my self-interview:
~What,in your life brings you the most joy? answer: My greatest joy comes from the happiness
I see in my children's faces. They are the
sun that pours in through my dark windows.
~Do you think that men and women can really
be friends without sexual attraction becoming
an issue? answer: I believe that men and women can
be friends, yes, but I think that if there
is the slightest bit of attraction, there
will almost always be an undercurrent of
sexual tension that governs the conversation
and behavior.
~If you could cure world hunger or end all
war, which would you choose?
and why? answer: I would end all war. I believe that
if strife and senseless killing were ended,
people would have more freedom to plant,
and harvest, and hunt. Then hunger would
eventually cure itself.
~Do you believe in a higher power? answer: I believe that God is all around
us. I believe that when we all realize that
these days on Earth are such a small part
of our lives as spirits, we will be a much
happier world.
~paper or plastic? and why? answer: Plastic! In a world where trees
are being demolished daily and not replaced..to
encourage further demolition is irresponsible.
~If you fell in love with your best friend's
lover, what would you do? answer: I would realize that the love of
a friend should never be sacrificed for the
love of a partner. Friendship should be everlasting
and loyalty should be solid and unbreakable.
~If the opportunity was given to you to adopt
an orphan of a 3rd world country, would you
take the child in? answer:I would take adopt 10 if I could.
I love children so very much. And I think
that starving children in a world of plenty
is a travesty.
~If there was one thing you could pick that
would improve Moove for us all what would
it be? answer: I think that the one thing that
would improve our Moove-lives the most is
a better form of communication that doesnt
require house-visitation. If we had a reliable,
user-friendly instant messenger we would
avoid many miscommunications that often result
in unnecessary drama. Lotharrr are you listening?

I would now like to introduce to you our
newest and very beloved staff member Stacia1972.
She will be writing a series of fictional
chapters for our reading entertainment. Not
only is she incredibly talented, she is really,
really yummy.
Mela: Hey stacia, lets begin with you telling
us a little about yourself. Stacia: ok.I was born in Portugal in 1971.
My family and I moved to Tampa, FL when I
was 2 years old. I started High School at
Tampa Catholic High School Mela: heh love the little skirts stacia: lol . When I was 16, I moved to Orlando, FL where
I attended Holy Family Catholic School and
graduated a year later. woohooo! Now as an adult I own and manage an Orlando
night club. mela: cool mela: do you have any secret hobbies? mela: anything you like to do that you don't
tell anyone about mela: giggles stacia: lol mela: I do mela: lol mela: I crochet mela: shhhh mela: lolol stacias: lmao stacia: I do counted cross stitch stacia: lol mela: cooool mela: hehe stacia: Before I purchased the club, I was
a Pole Dancer there and continue to pole
dance every now and then mela: What in your life brings you the most
joy? stacia: pfft nothing mela: aw come on, there has to be something,
even if its bubble baths. stacia: hanging out with friends. I cherish
my life. I love watching my nieces and nephew.
Taking them to the Disney parks and watching
them grow. mela: Do you think that men and women can
really be friends without sexual attraction
becoming an issue? stacia: Yes, I really do. However, it really
depends on the man. I have many male friends
that I have absolutely no sexual attraction
to mela: If you could cure world hunger or end
all war, which would you choose?
and why? stacia: hmmm this is a difficult one for
me because I feel very strongly about both mela: me too.. stacia: At this point I would choose to end
all war. Because I don't believe that we
are fighting for what we were sent over to
Iraq to accomplish. We are losing more and
more of our soldiers for nothing. And as
far as Irag and Pakistan, the war with them
will never stop
But if I had the power, I would end all fighting
all over the world! mela: Do you believe in a higher power? stacia: Yes. Come on I went to Catholic
schools my whole life what do you think?
lol mela: hahha, well...the devil was an angel
first.. stacia: True. I believe in him too mela: Yes...he is more evident these days stacia: yes. I see him in our Preident and
Vice President mela: paper or plastic? and whyyyy? stacia: Paper I believe in saving the planet
and to stop Global Warming. And yes, at my
house we do recycle. mela: If you fell in love with your best
friend's lover, what would you do? stacia: That's a funny question. That has
happened to me. I cherish my best friend
and would never ever do anything to tarnish
that. So I didn't act on it. And I still
have my best friend and I got over my feelings
for her lover. They broke up a year later
anyway. mela: If the opportunity was given to you
to adopt an orphan of a 3rd world country,
would you take the child in? Stacia: Yes Yes Yes. As a matter of fact,
that has been on the forefront of my mind
lately. mela: I have always wanted to adopt a chinese
baby girl.. stacia: me too mela: especially lately.. stacia: we aren't getting any younger mela: no doubt stacia: my mom says she wants grand- babies mela: If there was one thing you could pick
that would improve Moove for us all what
would it be? stacia: this is a good one! It would be great if they could make it so
everybody could see each others actors. I
hate having to send everyone I meet my actor
or my house files. mela: yes..it would take a net-based datebase
for storage. Good thought! stacia.rocks: lol Thanks!

Now lets hear from a sweet angel we all know
and love!(especially me)
Torrence, our wonderful and talented founder
and co-editor extrordinaire..tell us a little
bit about yourself. Inquiring minds want
to know!
Tory: I grew up In Colorado my whole life.
I am Blond and Gorgeous mela: hehe *nods* Tory: I love horses and outdoors. I can shoot a gun better than most boyz. mela: =) Tory: And I like to eat Elk Heart! mela: hehe Mela: What,in your life brings you the most
joy? Tory: It sounds so corny and Beauty Pagentish,
but I really do get the most joy out of seeing
people laugh...like that deep, uncontrollable
happy laughter. Cause then you know they
do not have a care in the world at the moment magic: thats not corny =) tory: Well, I want to win Miss Congenialty
is why I said that. LOL mela: hahaahaa lolol If you could cure world hunger or end all
war, which would you choose?
and why? Tory: War It is one of the reasons we have
hunger, I think. I do not think we have wars
(yet) cause of hunger.But we have hunger
because of war. Mela: Do you believe in a higher power? Tory: Well, believe and know for sure are
two diff things. I know for sure. smiles Mela: paper or plastic? and why? Tory: *wink wink* hemp..duh! They are getting
ready to outlaw both paper and plastic bags
in my town.
So I will take the hemp grocery bag, thank
you very much. Mela: What will you bring home your groceries
in? Tory: A Hemp Grocery Bag or some other reusable
bag. I will use the hemp one, cause I like
the way they smell. Mela: rofl..ok. If you fell in love with
your best friend's lover what would you do? Tory: If that happened and I felt that,
I would keep my mouth shut and think of something
else. Friends are forever. Bumping Bellies
is just a thing to pass the time. Mela: If the opportunity was given to you
to adopt an orphan of a 3rd world country,
would you take the child in? Tory: That is a hard one, Mela. If I had
the means and money...I would probably not.
But I would sponsor one for someone who could
be a better mother than I think I would be.
I am really not the Mother type..ya know.
They would be better off in a professional
Mothers house with lots of money. You find
the professional GOOD Mothers and I will
find the money. Deal? Mela: Yes! haha Tory: I guess I shoulda told you ahead of
time that Angel cannot lie, huh? Mela: *smiles* If there was one thing you
could pick that would improve Moove for us
all what would it be? Tory: That is easy. I want to be able to
put a Flash movie or a YouTube Video to play
in the room, or on a tv or on the big screen
at the Drive In room. I think having a drive
in Night in Moove with movies we can all
watch together would be toooo kewl! (and
of course that web mode thing) LOL Mela: hahaha..Thanks hun!
Skye Blue
Last (but not least), I would like to introduce
you to our very own Roving Reporter, SkyeBlue.
Mela: So, Skye tell us a couple things about
yourself. Where were you born, what was your
childhood like, what do you do for fun? SKyeBlue: I was born in Idaho.. the SPUD
state. My childhood was moving around a lot.
As a teen I was pretty much a wild child..
grew out of that, thankfully! I live in Washington
State now. For fun I do Moove of coarse,
and design stuff.
I love to hike, camp, fish, go to galleries
and museums. I love to read. I have a library
of over 3000 books. I am a bookaholic! Mela: cool! Do you have any secret little
dorky hobbies? SKyeBlue: I am an artist by trade.. goofy
lil hobbies.... hmmmmm I guess collecting
Harmony Kingdom boxes. Mela: What in your life brings you the most
joy? SKyeblue: My art, and my family.. just observing
nature brings me joy. Mela:DO you think that men and women can
really be friends without sexual attraction
becoming an issue? SKyeblue: oh yes! I have lots of male friends.
If they think of me sexually, the feeling
is NOT mutual. lol Mela: If you could cure world hunger or
end all war, which would you choose? and
why? SKyeblue: Dayum, hard choice.. I would end
all war; then we could focus on world hunger.
If we had no more war, there would be a lot
less hunger. Mela:Do you believe in a higher power? SKyeblue: yep, I definatly do. I have had
too much happen in my life to not believe. Mela : ok now a really deep one Mela:paper or plastic? why? hahahahaa SKyeblue: lmao.... definately paper. It's
better for the enviroment. Mela: If you fell in love with your best
friend's lover, what would you do? SKyeblue: I would ignore my feelings. I
don't mess with other ladies men. Mela: If the opportunity was given to you
to adopt an orphan of a 3rd world country,
would you take the child in? SKyeblue: Yes, of course i would.. my mom
never turned down any child that came to
our house for whatever reason.. and i feel
the same way.I wish ALL children in the world
had a happy loving family. Mela:If there was one thing you could pick
that would improve Moove for us all what
would it be? SKyeblue: Well, It's one thing I would love
to see on Moove.. is a BIG common room that
would hold LOTS of people. Of course mute
and ignore are a must for this room..lol Mela: hahah yes. Yeah like a community piazza.

Each issue I will be focusing on 4 members
of our community. I have already begun locating
and talking to some great people for my next
article. If you hear a knock on the door,
