for a description Angeleyezs (Angel) was the co-founder of
the Crystal Angel Fashion and Design Magazine
as well as a premier designer and the owner
of Angel's Boutique. She was (and is) the
inspiration for much of what you read and
see throughout all the editions. On July 3rd, 2007, on a warm Georgia afternoon,
our Lord took Angeleyezs home to be with
him. I cannot even express how much she will be
missed. There are no words. I am told that
in time the weeping will end, but my deep
love for her, for her smile, her laughter,
her warmth that I felt when she held me tight
and told me "things will be okay, Tory"
- these things will never end. I have dedicated this issue to her and her
spirit which will always be woven like a
fine thread throughout the fabric of the
Crystal Angel. This will be the last issue of the Crystal
Angel in the design and layout Angel and
I created. I do this out of a deep respect
for her and her creativity and her love for
this magazine. Inside this issue you will see photos of
Angel, comments from her family and friends
in Moove, songs to remember her by and a
video tribute created by Waya. The outpouring of love to each other after
her passing brought old friends back together
and allowed many of us to make new friends.
This is a wonderful way to remember Angel
- she loved everyone. I love you Angel, I know you are safe and
I know I will see you again and we will laugh,
ride horses, and walk on the beach and sit
and have tea and do all the things that made
my time with you a time that will live in
this cowgirls heart as long as I live. I
will not let your memory fade, for it is
your spirit that has made me so much more
than I could have ever been alone. I love
you.
