Recent Improvements

More terrain, more racing lanes! When Crystal Mountain's Totem Park learning area was expanded and the two carpet-style lifts added last year, it soon became clear that the "Bunny" slope and rope tow, a beginner area that was used as a back-up beginner area on busy days, was no longer needed. This summer, Crystal's crews excavated this slope and combined it with the previously closed terrain above it to create an entirely new slope called "Lower Gorge." Lower Gorge is located beneath the legendary Gorge Bowl and has been given a "most difficult" trail designation. In addition, because Crystal is the training ground for several area race clubs and teams, wiring for racing timing equipment and a race hut were added at the base of the new slope.

Dining

Crystal's dining opportunities offer plentiful choices covering a wide range of tastes and preferences. Are you in the mood for traditional or eclectic? Sit-down or quick carry-out? Whatever your choice, Crystal gives you options.

Nightlife

The Vista Lounge offers live entertainment and drink specials on the weekends.

Lodging

Rated #1 by SKI Magazine, Crystal offers some of the finest resort lodging and dining in the Midwest. Our slopeside residences, hotel rooms, suites and resort homes have set the bar by which Midwest resort lodging is measured.
