skiers and riders reach new heights. Our
classes are personal, compelling, enlightening
and fun. That's why more people improve their
skills here than anywhere else. Special seminars
for women, seniors and park and pipe are
offered each season, as well as telemark
clinics.
Snowboarding
As the road to the for the 2006 Winter Olympics
begins, Breckenridge Ski Resort is pleased
to host the Chevrolet U.S. Snowboarding Grand
Prix Dec. 13-17, 2005, where the world’s
finest athletes descend on Breckenridge for
the first stop of the Grand Prix series.
Breckenridge is the first place for American
halfpipe riders to qualify to represent the
United States in Italy this February. With
two halfpipe contests, this event marks the
ride of a lifetime for America’s snowboarding

Recent Improvements
The Imperial Express SuperChair, Breckenridge’s
newest high-speed quad, will reach an elevation
of 12,840 feet and transport skiers and riders
to the top of Breckenridge’s renowned Peak
8. As the highest chairlift in North America,
accessing some of Breckenridge’s most amazing
intermediate and expert terrain, this lift
is the crowning touch for the resort. Peak
7 offers 165 new acres of rolling intermediate
terrain and spacious glade skiing. Better
yet, the high-speed quad chairlift from Peak
9 to Peak 8 makes getting to all those powder-filled
bowls easier than ever. Add that to two high-speed
six passenger SuperChairs, five terrain parks,
four halfpipes, unparalleled grooming and
exciting events and it’s easy to see why
Breckenridge is the Perfect Mountain Town.
